RETURNS
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized, Custom-Made and 1/1 Items: Any item that has been personalized or custom-made according to your specifications.
RETURN PROCESS:
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@arminasrimkus.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Returning the Item
Once you have received the return authorization:
Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
Shipping: Stick the provided return sticker on the package send it.
REFUNDS:
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Refund Method
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@arminasrimkus.com to arrange the exchange. Items must meet the same conditions as outlined in the Eligibility for Returns section.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@arminasrimkus.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
LEGAL RIGHTS:
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under Lithuanian law. Consumers in Lithuania have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as outlined in the Lithuanian Civil Code and the Law on Consumer Protection.
